Abstract
Endocrinal diseases especially, hypothyroidism can present with a wide variety of symptoms pertaining to different bodily systems and can lead to, at times, in diagnostic delays and dilemmas. This study was done to evaluate the clinical aspects, investigations and therapy of this disease and to make clinician familiar with the common neurological presentations in such patients.
