As one of the stratagem for social-economic development, the Russian Federation now is carrying out new policy of industrial activism, making great efforts to develop its own innovative economy as well. Krasnoyarsk Krai, a Russian federal subject with only a very few, had already met the development requirement and possible. In recent years, various ongoing activities and competitions under the guidance of the government are prosperous, the focus is on discussing and analyzing the necessity of constructing new modern educational system in a new situation and puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures, eventually realize the coordinate development between higher vocational education and regional economy.
