The sample size was 100. The results were analyzed by SPSS. The research found that transport allowance and medical facility do significantly affect employee satisfaction, whereas leave policy, phone facility and entertainment facility do not affect the satisfaction level of the employees. The research showed that the employees have mixed reaction to the benefit options provided to them by the respective organizations.
