In developing countries, there are a large number of informal employee due to the development of economy and society. Because of the historical and social causes of the development of social security system, this group of people can not gain benefits from normal social security. By investigating the instructions that some developing countries that has done well in this aspect, this paper studies the situation and difficulties the informal employees have in terms of social security.
