Abstract
McCune Albright Syndrome is a rare and sporadic disease caused by postzygotic, activating mutations of the α-subunit of the stimulatory G protein. It is classically defined by the clinical triad of fibrous dysplasia of the bone, café au lait skin pigmentation and precocious puberty. It may be associated with various hyperfunctioning endocrinopathies classically without mellitus diabetes. We report the case of a boy with McCune Albright Syndrome associated with diabetes mellitus.
