Abstract
Gingival overgrowth occurs due to increased number of cells specially fibroblasts. It occurs as a side effect to systemic drugs, such as nifedipine, phenytoin, cyclosporine or due to hereditary predisposition. Here is a special case report describing hereditary gingival overgrowth along with aggressive periodontitis.
