Abstract
The birth of a newborn with abnormal genitalia (atypical sex) constitutes a major social emergency, and presents a difficult diagnostic challenge for the Neonatologist providing care , we present a premature male infant with undervirilized genitalia. The issue of gender assignment was discussed.
