Abstract
Isolated trapezium fractures are one of the rarest entities. Most of these isolated fractures go unnoticed. A standard radiograph of the wrist may sometimes fail to diagnose fractures of trapezium these require a special view (Roberts View) or Computed tomography for accurate diagnosis. Computed tomography can be very helpful in visualizing a hairline fracture if any. In this case report we present a neglected isolated trapezium fracture.
