Abstract
Erythromelalgia is a rare clinical condition due to post ganglionic sympathetic dysfunction. Diagnosis of this disorder and differentiating it from other common burning pain syndromes like Raynaud’s phenomenon and small fibre neuropathy is often difficult. We report a patient who presented with redness, pain and burning sensation of hands, who was managed successfully with aspirin.
