Abstract
We report a case of abdominal aortic aneurysm associated with a pseudocyst of the pancreas. The Abdominal computed tomography (CT) concluded with an aneurysm of the abdominal aorta, fusiform shaped presenting an important parietal thrombus, associated with a cyst mass with thick walls, in close contact with the pancreas tail and the jejunum. He had had a Dacron aorto-biiliaque bypass prosthesis and drainage of the pseudocyst. Outcome was good.
