Abstract
Rheumatic mitral stenosis usually presented with features of pulmonary venous or pulmonary arterial hypertension. Atrial fibrillation and embolism is also not uncommon. Embolism occurs usually in the cerebral circulation. Embolism in coronary arteries is very rare phenomenon. Here we are presenting one case of mitral stenosis who presented with features of left heart failure, CAG revealed embolism in right coronary artery.
