Abstract
Intracranial WHO grade 1 meningioma with contiguous extra cranial extension is a rare occurrence, with very few reported case studies on the same. Here we present an incidentally noted intracranial meningioma with extra cranial extension in a 67 years old female suffering from left sided hemiplegia. Unlike brain parenchymal invasion, which signifies poor prognosis; patients with contiguous extra cranial extension have good prognosis.
