Abstract
Xantogranulomatous inflammation is a form of chronic inflammation that rarely affects the female genital tract especially the fallopian tubes and the ovaries together. To our knowledge only 5 cases of Xantogranulomatous Salphingoophoritis have been reported till date. We report one such case of Xantogranulomatous Salphingoophoritis.
