Abstract
Granulosa‐theca cell tumors of the ovary are rare, follow-up must be prolonged given the very late recurrences, treatment of choice is surgery, associated with chemotherapy in case of recurrence. Through an observation of a clinical case of recurrence of a granulosa‐theca tumor, occurring five years after the initial treatment, we describe anatomo-clinical, therapeutic and prognostic characteristics of granulosatheca tumors.
