Abstract
This study aims to analyze organizational commitment and influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance simultaneously and partially and analyze the organization's commitment and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The study was conducted on the employees of PT. Inkote Indonesia. The sampling technique using saturated samples involving 73 people. Analysis of data using path analysis. The results showed that the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment to employee performance through employee satisfaction is greater than the direct effect so that it can be said, not as an intervening variable.
