Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of motivation and work environment in improving organizational performance through job satisfaction on the Tax Office Pratama West Bekasi. The samples in this study were all employees at the Tax Office Pratama West Bekasi as much as 73 employees. The technical samples used in this study is the probability sampling and simple random sampling and analysis using path analysis. The results showed that their job satisfaction does not affect the role of motivation and work environment in improving organizational performance on the Tax Office Pratama West Bekasi.
