Abstract
Pure ovarian choriocarcinomas are extremely rare and aggressive tumors that may be gestational or non-gestational in origin. Due the rarity of tumor, there is a ack of information on the clinicopathologic features, diagnosis, and treatment. We report a case of pure metastatic ovarian choriocarcinoma, to liver and lung, probably of gestational origin, which was accidentally discovered during a caesarean section, treated by surgery and whose chemotherapy could not be conducted on time.
