To report the various presentations of patients who presented with abdominal or pelvic mass and were later diagnosed to be gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) should always be considered as a differential diagnosis in patients presenting with abdominal mass or pelvic mass. In such circumstances, the complete resection and appropriate adjuvant treatment will result in remission.
