Abstract
Sulcus Vocalis is a rare genetic/ acquired cause of hoarseness of voice. Very less is mentioned in literature about its possible causes, differentials and treatment options. Awareness of this condition will allow the physicians as well as the patients to carry out the appropriate treatment. We present a case of a 35-year-old man who presented with hoarseness of voice since 10-years.
