Abstract
Extranodal Non Hodgkin Lymphoma of head and neck are quite uncommon. They usually involve Waldeyer’s ring, nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. It is very rare for these lesions to present as a soft tissue mass. A forehead swelling in a 63 year old male which proved to be diffuse large B cell lymphoma on biopsy is being reported.
