Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common chronic inflammatory rheumatism. Associated renal involvement is rare, dominated by AA amyloidosis and tubulointerstitial nephropathy. We report the case of a 62-year-old woman followed for rheumatoid arthritis for 16 years, who has ANCA anti-MPO vasculitis.
