Abstract
Parturient with pre-existing central nervous system disorder like motor neuron disease poses a unique challenge to the anaesthesiologist. The choice of proper anaesthetic technique is still contentious and depends on patient’s condition at the time of presentation. We describe the anaesthetic management of a patient with motor neuron disease presented for emergency caesarean delivery.
