Abstract
This is a series of 3 young patients with renovascular hypertension resistant to antihypertensive treatments. Echodoppler renal arteries, angioscanner and renal arteriography led to the diagnosis of stenosis of the renal artery. They had angioplasty without stenting for one and associated with bare stenting for the other two. During the follow-up, there was a disappearance of hypertension in all her patients without major complications. These preliminary findings, without prejudice to the etiologies, are superimposable on literature data and constitute the beginning of our renal artery endovascular revascularization activity.
