Abstract
This research aims to determine mobbing cases that the middle school teachers experience. Mobbing Cases of School Teachers Scale is used to collect data. In the research arranged according to descriptive research pattern, general survey model is used. The sample of 522 teachers is chosen from population including 2104 teachers working in middle schools at central counties of Mersin province in 2015-2016 educational year. Random Sampling Technique is used. The variables are gender, seniority and age. According to the results of the research, the female teachers are exposed to mobbing more than male teachers. Teachers having seniorities of 0-5 years are exposed to mobbing more than teachers having seniorities over 5 years. The teachers whose ages are between 22 and 30 are exposed to mobbing more than teachers whose ages are over 30. It can be said that the teachers are exposed to mobbing at schools at various levels.
