There are lots of problems in applied talents training in local universities such as imbalance of curriculum system, insufficient of the teacher's practical teaching ability, single teaching method and so on. In order to improve the quality of personnel training and optimize the structure of talent training, local universities should reform curriculum system and adjust curriculum proportion structure, train and recruit double qualified teachers and reform teaching methods.
