Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance simultaneously, analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees partially, analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance partially, analyze the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance partially, performance through organizational commitment and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance through organizational commitment variable. The research was conducted on the employees of the directorate of export of agricultural products and forestry of commerce ministry. The sampling technique used a saturated sample involving 72 employees. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture and motivation affect the performance of employees simultaneously. Organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees partially. Organizational commitment is not an intervening variable from the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance.
