Abstract
Lymphangioma is a benign tumor of the lymphatic system that is characterized by abnormal endothelial-lined channels. Generally found in the head and neck region, these tumors constitute 0.3% to 4% of all orbital tumors. We present the case of a 3 year old boy who presented with orbital lymphangioma revealed by left proptosis and spontaneuous conjonctival haemorrhage.
