Abstract
Nasal T/NK-cell lymphoma is a rare and aggressive extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma, often associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection and predominantly affecting the nasal cavity and upper aerodigestive tract. Its clinical presentation is often insidious, leading to delayed diagnosis. We report the case of a middle-aged man with no significant medical history who presented with progressive nasal obstruction and systemic symptoms. Diagnosis was confirmed by nasal biopsy and immunohistochemistry. The patient received combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy with favorable clinical and metabolic response. This case highlights the importance of considering T/NK-cell lymphoma in the differential diagnosis of persistent nasal obstruction, particularly when systemic signs are present.
