Abstract
Hypercondylism is a rare, progressive condition characterized by unilateral hypertrophy of the mandibular condyle, leading to mandibular deformities, malocclusion, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.
Early diagnosis and surgical management are crucial to prevent long-term functional and aesthetic complications.
