Abstract
Immunoglobulin G subclass deficiency (IgGSCD) is a relatively common primary immunodeficiency disease (PI) in adults. We report the case of a 52-year-old patient admitted to the medical ward of the Point G University Hospital in Bamako, Mali, for chronic cough and prolonged fever. Following a clinical examination and meticulous diagnostic workup, we diagnosed in an immunocompetent HIV patient, multifocal tuberculosis with polyclonal dysgammaglobulinemia, suggesting a primary immunodeficiency, either selective IgG deficiency or early atypical common variable immunodeficiency.
