Abstract
Idiopathic Orbital Inflammatory Pseudotumor (IOIP) presents a significant diagnostic challenge in neuroradiology, often mimicking orbital malignancies. We report the case of a 23-year-old female with progressive unilateral exophthalmos. This report highlights the critical role of multi-modal imaging specifically MRI in characterizing inflammatory lesions and guiding clinical management to avoid unnecessary invasive procedures.
