Abstract
POEMS syndrome is a rare and severe systemic disorder characterized by polyneuropathy (P), organomegaly (O), polyendocrinopathy (E), monoclonal gammopathy (M), and skin manifestations (S). Herein, we report a clinical case of this syndrome initially presenting with recurrent cutaneous infections of the hands.
