Abstract
Appendicitis the most common surgery performed by a surgeon. Many scoring system helps us to guide if it is truly a appendicitis or not, to help us avoid negative appendectomies. C- reactive protein is an acute phase reactant, which rises rapidly in response to inflammation. Along with the Alvarado score it is a helpful to diagnose acute appendicitis.
