Abstract
The definition of pseudocyesis consists of the delusional conviction of being pregnant accompanied by objective signs and symptoms of pregnancy despite a negative paraclinical assessment mainly comprising the BHCG assay. We report here the case of a patient who presented a maternity delirium following pseudocyesis, discussing this case in the light of the literature.
