Abstract
Adenocarcinoma colon occurring with abdominal tuberculosis is a rare presentation. Here we present a case report of a 43 year old male diagnosed to have concomitant adenocarcinoma of the transverse colon with abdominal tuberculosis. Patient required a multi organ resection as the mass was found to be abutting the stomach, jejunum and anterior abdominal wall. Patient was treated with adjuvant chemotherapy and ATT and recovered well thereafter.
