Abstract
The purpose of this project is to implement the simulation to evaluate the student attention process. For this, a statistical study with 90% reliability and a margin of error of 10% was used. The results that the project yielded was that productivity has 83.21%. Proposals for improvements were made in order to increase the performance of the process, with the activities carried out it reached 92.5%, with this productivity increased 9.29%.
