Abstract
In children, the most common solid tumours is nephroblastoma, but the extrarenal nephroblastoma exists and it is especially rare. It is defined by extrarenal location and histological confirmation. There are many symptoms of extrarenal nephroblastoma and it depends on the location. The diagnosis is based on histology after the resection of the tumor. The treatment of the extrarenal nephroblastoma is similar to the treatment of intrarenal nephroblastoma.
