Abstract
The papillomatosis of bile ducts is a rare disease, we report a case of a 60 year old man treated in our unity for this pathology to illustrate diagnostic difficulty and the particuliarities of this pathology and to show the interest of chirurgical resection as a treatement before malignant transformation.
