Abstract
The current study aims at measuring the effect of real money supply on economic growth rate in Sudan economy during the period (1990-2012). The study adopts unit root, cointegration and causality testes. ADF test shows that the two series are integrated of order one I(1), while Granger Causality test shows there is no causality between the two variables under study. This means the real money supply had neutral effect on the real GDP growth in Sudan during the study period.
