The issue of ethics and ethical behavior in business and management is widely discussed in scientific as well popular literature. Since ethics usually is highly subjective matter be able to discuss ethics reasonable it is important to understand what systemic models of ethical behavior exists what are their similarities and differences. This article is an attempt to approach a matter of ethics from systemic side in historical perspective.
