Abstract
This study aimed at investigating the relationship between organizational commitment, organizational justice and job performance of workers in health network and was conducted in Mahabad. A descriptive study was conducted using questionnaires of Niehoff and Moorman`s organizational justice and organizational commitment of Allan Mayer was Paterson's job performance and collecting data in terms of simple randomization. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression. There is a significant positive correlation between organizational justice and job performance. There is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and job performance. There is a significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. Organizational justice and organizational commitment can predict their job performance.
