Abstract
Acrospiroma or nodular hidradenoma is a rare benign neoplasm arising from the eccrine sweat glands. It
usually presents as slowly enlarging, solitary, freely movable, solid or cystic swelling, frequently diagnosed from fourth
to eighth decade of life. Herein we report a case of acrospiroma in a 50 year old male patient who presented with an
asymptomatic, solitary swelling on the lateral side of upper thigh.
