Abstract
We present a rare case of 30 year old female presented with chronic lower abdominal pain mainly in suprapubic and right iliac fossa. Diagnostic laproscopy was done and found 23 cm inflammed appendix involving the right iliac fossa, suprapubic region and part of left iliac fossa.
