Abstract
Acrochordon is also known as skin tag or fibroepithelial polyp, it is a benign mesenchymal tumor presents as a small, pedunculated polyp. Here we are presenting a giant form of acrochordon over the gluteal region. Giant skin tags of gluteal region are rare, and only a few cases have been reported previously to the best of our knowledge.
