Abstract
Although squamous cell carcinoma are more in these patients presence of recurrent squamous cell carcinoma
and basal cell carcinoma at different intervals are rare. Albinism is a genetic disorder characterized by lack of skin
pigmentation. As a consequence these persons lack the protective effect of melanin against ultraviolet radiation damage.
Oculo cutaneous albinism is an established risk factor for all the three major forms of skin cancers – Squamous cell
carcinoma, Basal cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma. Simultaneous occurance of Squamous cell carcinoma and
Basal cell carcinoma is rare. This report highlights the metachronous presence of Squamous cell carcinoma and Basal
cell carcinoma.
