Abstract
The stability of mini implants is affected by different factors. Factors like bone quality, implant placement torque, implant design factors like length, diameter, thread shape, location, time of load application, implant placement techniques, root contact, oral hygiene, systemic diseases, medications, habits found to influence the stability of mini implants. The aim of this review article is to conduct a review of current literature in order to update the knowledge about the factors affecting the stability of mini implants.
