Abstract
Management of patients with facial deformities require multidisciplinary approach. Maxillofacial prosthetic materials are used to replace facial parts lost through disease, trauma or congenital deformity. Silicone rubbers are the materials of choice. A case report is presented where an auricular prosthesis is fabricated with room temperature vulcanising (RTV) silicone. Donor impression was used to fabricate wax pattern.
