Abstract
Amino acid inoic liquid functionalized graphene oxide-based magnetic nanomaterials (Fe3O4@SiO2@GO@AAIL) as a new extractant combined with HPLC for the separation/analysis rutin was established. This new extractant were characterized using FTIR, SEM and VSM. A comprehensive study of the parameters affecting the extraction/elution rate were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range, detection limit, correlation coefficient (R2) and relative standard deviation (RSD) were found to be 2.5-5×103 ng mL-1, 0.02 ng mL-1 , 0.9996 and 1.90% (n =11, c=1.0μg mL-1 ), respectively and the erichment factor in the proposed experiment was approximately 7.5. This assay is satisfactory for the application of the actual sample of rutin.
