The present study was conducted in order to evaluate the effect of the substitution of wheat bran by maize bran on quail production performances. For this purpose, 240 day-old unsexed quails of similar body weight (6.86±0.68g) were divided into 15 batches of 16 birds. 5 experimental diets (T0, T1, T2, T3 and T4) were formulated on the basis of the level (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% respectively) of substitution of wheat bran by maize bran and each was randomly distributed to 3 batches in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments repeated 3 times each. At 7 weeks of age, 3 males and 3 females per batch were sacrificed for carcass analysis, data were collected on growth performances, carcass characteristics, and some reproductive characteristics. The main results showed that regardless of sex, the feed intake of the control treatment T0 (845.72±18.18g), was significantly higher than the values of treatments T2 (731.16±4.93g) and T4 (801.83±11.34g) but was similar to T1 (826.72±38.60g) and T3 (814.16±19.81g). In males, body weight ranged from 201.6±9.49g (T2) to 214.87±3.56g (T4) but did not differ significantly between treatments. In females, the body weight of the control batch (225.32±4.07g) was similar to the other treatments. Only the neck, gizzard, abdominal fat proportion relative to body weight were significantly affected by the substitution levels. The characteristics of testes and eggs remained broadly comparable. It was concluded that maize bran can be used up to 50% as a substitute for wheat bran in the diet of quails in the growing and early laying phases.

Most of soil microbes have not yet been individuated and their metabolisms are unknown. Recent studies indicate that classic plate counting techniques were able to determine only a part of the overall soil microbial community and that the metagenomics approach, based on a culture independent method, allows to study it in depth and to overcome the previous limits. The relevance of this approach is growing as it allows exploring factors affecting the soil fertility, to deepen the interactions between microorganisms and plants, and to identify new molecules with pharmacological activities such as antibiotics. This work investigates the metagenomics approach and the most commonly used sequencing methods, focusing on bioinformatics tools for each of them. Some of the most recent metagenomics soil applications, concerning both amplicon and whole genome shotgun sequencing are described. Therefore, metagenomics, used in combination with other omics approaches, based on metabolomics, transcriptomics and/or proteomics, is discussed and focused as it can provide a comprehensive soil microbiome draw.

With the rapid development of social economy and education concept, ideological and political education and mass entrepreneurship and innovation education has been widely used in the development of all walks of life. To a large extent, it has innovated the development mode of traditional industries, which makes the traditional industries glow with new vitality and vitality in the new situation. The development mode of "Ideological Education + agriculture" is conducive to the development of modern agriculture and has an important influence on the development of modern agriculture. This paper explores the mode of developing new farmers in rural areas. Through the mode of training new farmers, we should strengthen the combination of education and agriculture, and cultivate more innovative agricultural talents, so as to achieve the goal of rapid development and progress of China's modern agriculture.

The current severe employment situation has put forward a severe test to the employment of college graduates. To ensure employment is to ensure people's livelihood, stability and development. It is a basic work for colleges and universities. The traditional guidance mode of College Students' employment and entrepreneurship is that the government guides college students' employment and entrepreneurship through various policy measures, colleges and universities cultivate the ability of College Students' employment and entrepreneurship through the implementation of various specific measures, and the society supports college students' employment and entrepreneurship through various preferential policies. There are many problems in this mode, including the disconnection between the guidance of employment and entrepreneurship policies and the specific implementation, the imperfect education system of employment and entrepreneurship guidance for college students, the imperfect security system of employment and entrepreneurship guidance for college students, and the lack of necessary theoretical research on employment and entrepreneurship guidance for College students, which requires us to constantly improve the education system and the security system, To strengthen the theoretical research, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of employment of contemporary college students, guides them to innovate and start a business, plays the role of platform and base education, strengthens employment services, and explores a mode and path for contemporary college students to improve the quantity and quality of entrepreneurship and employment.

This study was aimed to investigate the immunostimulatory and hepatoprotective effects of different levels of herbs extracts like Withania somnifera, Liquorice,Alium sativum and Berberis lycium used to investigate the improvement in immunity and liver function at Agricultural University Peshawar, Pakistan. For this experiment two hundred and forty (240) chicks were randomly assigned in to four major groups A, B, C and D. Each group was further divided in to two sub-groups. Each subgroup was replicated three times carrying 10 chicks per replicate. One of the subgroups was vaccinated against ND (New castle disease), IB (Infectious bronchitis) and IBD (Infectious Bursal disease) according to schedule.Group A was kept as control, while B, C and D were treated with Withania somnifera , Licorice, Alium sativum and Berberis lycium extract at the rate of (5gms + 2.5gms + 2gms + 8gms), (10gms + 5gms + 3gms + 9gms), (15gms + 7.5gms + 4gms + 10gms) gm/lit of water respectively. AST (Aspartate amino transfarase) and ALT (Alanine amino transfarase)was significantly (P<0.05) reduced in group B than rest of the groups, while serum protein and alkaline Phosphatase was significantly (P<0.05) affected in group B as compared with other groups. Chicks were reared in cages in an open sided house. The data was recorded for immunostimulant and hepatoprotective effect. ND, IBD and IB was significant (P<0.05) higher in group B.It is concluded that Withania somnifera, Licorice, Alium sativum and Berberis lycium) extract @ of (10gms + 5gms + 3gms + 9gms) gm/L of water could be effectively utilized to improve immunity and liver function.

The penetration of biomass into the energy market depends on precise territorial planning and the geological and soil and climatic characteristics of the area considered, potential resources, economic costs of crops and their economic and environmental benefits. In this article, tests were carried out on a plot divided into 28 rows with 251 olive trees of the CORATINA and OGLIAROLA species, using the Quickpower machine, a new-concept round baler for pruning and pruning, extremely versatile and technologically advanced. With this biomass research work, which was followed by field tests and laboratory tests lasting about 6 months, we highlighted the importance of using biomass, which represent an alternative source as they are renewable compared to to gas and oil, and they pollute less.
