For the purpose of exact and flawless valid conclusions while aggregating evidence of software project, it is important to describe the context in which industrial studies and inspection were conducted. This paper exhibits and structures the context for comprehensive and empirical inspections, studies, analysis and provides a checklist. The prime concern of this paper is to assists decisions makers and researchers in making well equipped informed decisions concerning which parts of the context is to include into the project descriptions and software project management and maintenance using product metrics.
